Injury Guidance

In the event of an exposure, suspected exposure or injury while working, please follow the reporting guidelines below.

In case of medical emergency, the employee should:

  • Seek evaluation and treatment at the closest Emergency Department (likely Banner UMC).
  • Notify supervisor and EHS at 520-626-6850 immediately (within 8 hours).
  • Supervisor to report the injury as soon as possible (within 8 hours).

If the exposure or suspected exposure has not caused pain, impairment, or required medical treatment beyond first aid, but still warrants medical evaluation or treatment:

  • Notify supervisor and EHS at 520-626-6850 immediately (within 8 hours).
  • Supervisor to report the injury as soon as possible (within 8 hours).
