Laser inventory, personnel, training, and laser controlled areas are tracked by the Laser Safety Program. All lasers at the University of Arizona must be approved by Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).
Laser Registration
Download and Complete a Laser Registration Form and send to ehs-help@arizona.edu. Your application will be reviewed by the Laser Safety Committee (LSC) and EHS.
